MINNEAPOLIS (May 6, 2025) — GlobeSt. has once again named Northmarq a 2025 Influencer in Retail, recognizing the firm for the fourth time for its leadership and innovation in the retail real estate sector.

To date, the firm has closed more than 6,200 retail transactions totaling over $25 billion. Notable 2024 deals include:
- $28.56 million sale of four convenience stores across Washington and Arkansas.
