Shack Stanwick

Shack Stanwick is an associate broker based in Northmarq's Washington, D.C. office. He is responsible for the origination and execution of investment sales and equity capital raises for multifamily assets in the Mid-Atlantic.

Before joining Northmarq in 2022, he served as an associate director for Walker & Dunlop’s multifamily investment sales team where he focused on representing multifamily owners, developers and operators. Before this, he worked for three years on the Advisory & Transaction Services team at CBRE.

Shack is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Johns Hopkins University.

He received the Top Sales Broker Team award in Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal’s Best of 2024 and the CoStar Q4 2024 Power Broker Quarterly Deal Award.
