LEMON GROVE, Calif. (April 14, 2025) — Northmarq’s San Diego Multifamily Investment Sales team led by Benn Vogelsang successfully completed the $2 million sale of 2555-2571 Crestline Drive, a 16-unit multifamily housing community in Lemon Grove, California.

Northmarq represented the seller, Anthem Real Estate Ventures, Inc. The buyer was Crown Inn LLC.

“Through extensive marketing and cooperation, we were able to find a unique buyer for a unique asset," Vogelsang said.

The 2555-2571 Crestline Drive multifamily community features three residential structures that include studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. The property includes detached storage units. The community includes large common areas that include a shared kitchen, a TV/living area, and patio space. Ample parking is available, with some being covered.
