ATLANTA (December 2013) – Wanda Riggs Mack, vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Atlanta based regional office arranged the refinance of Festival Plaza, a 108,356 sq.ft. retail property located in Montgomery, Alabama. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a conduit/CMBS lender.
