ATLANTA (June 29, 2018) – Randy Wolfe, managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Atlanta regional office, arranged refinancing of $7,000,000 for Park Place, a 79,452 sq. ft. office property located in Huntsville, Alabama. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term on a 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a conduit CMBS lender.
