David Annett

David Annett is an associate vice president in Northmarq’s Tulsa, Oklahoma office. David and his team specialize in the disposition, acquisition and capitalization of net lease industrial, retail and office properties for private and institutional clients nationwide. He has personally been a part of and spearheaded over $850 million in sales volume over 145 unique transactions. His team recently eclipsed over $3.5 billion in total transaction volume.

Before joining Northmarq, David served as associate director at Stan Johnson Company. David was part of founding the firm’s first formal practice group –– the Corporate Finance Group. The Corporate Finance Group’s primary focus is providing a range of services specifically to real estate operators and private equity groups, including services such as sale leasebacks, build-to-suit structuring and financing, lease advisory, restructuring and surplus property sales. 

David holds a master's degree in finance from the University of Tulsa specializing in portfolio management and corporate finance. He holds a Real Estate license in the State of Oklahoma and is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
