Ronnie Jewell
Ronnie Jewell is a vice president in Northmarq’s Dallas office with the primary responsibility of originating debt and placing equity investments through Northmarq’s relationships with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA HUD, banks, life insurance companies and debt funds. Ronnie specializes in financing multifamily transactions across the country for a wide array of institutional clients, middle market clients, and family offices. After starting his career as an analyst and transaction manager for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac financing, Ronnie has a deep understanding of the numbers and underwriting process involved with closing multifamily loans.
Prior to joining Northmarq, Ronnie began his career at Arbor Realty Trust as an analyst for conventional Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac debt, working in this role for approximately 18 months. Ronnie then moved to Bellwether Enterprise where he deepened his understanding of the underwriting and due diligence processes while working on an origination team as a senior analyst and transaction manager. In this role, Ronnie directly assisted in the closing of over $1 billion in debt financing. Ronnie was elevated to co-lead the Dallas loan origination team at Bellwether Enterprise where he originated and closed $1 billion in debt and equity transactions over a three-year period.
Ronnie graduated with dual degrees in both finance and entrepreneurship and venture management from the University of Oklahoma. During his time there, he served as the Rush Chairman of his fraternity, Phi Gamma Delta, and served as an executive member of Soonerthon, a student-led non-profit raising money for the Children’s Miracle Network of Oklahoma.
